You definitely have my vote in District 8!

- Will the Idaho legislature support your legislation?

- Will the governor sign it?

I truly hope the answer to both questions is YES. Thank you, Christy.

Local, local, local, I agree. But if the Nov 5 elections are not fair, we’ll end up with more of the tyranny we’ve endured for the past 4 years, and our prison doors will shut tight.

Everyone who has studied the issues must vote on Nov 5, preferably in person, and not via mail-in ballot. Do not think your vote doesn’t count: It does and it must.

And for heaven’s sake, let’s soundly defeat Prop 1, Rigged (Ranked) Choice Voting / Top 4 Jungle Primaries. AG Labrador’s challenge to this unconstitutionally written Idaho ballot measure could fail, so we must vote it down. Below are links to articles explaining the dangers of Prop 1; these also link to some of the best writings on this topic:

Zito,

You'd best take time to LEARN our Idaho Constitution and realize Idaho has SURRENDERED Its Sovereignty when Idaho joined the United States of America and, in doing so, any and all State of Idaho laws are fully subject to any and all federal laws.

Absent that of repealing Idaho Constitution, Article 1, Section 3, Idahoans can do NOTHING against the federalists, save that of actively resisting such tyranny.

(***_Emphasis_ added***)

CONSTITUTION OF THE STATE OF IDAHO

ARTICLE I DECLARATION OF RIGHTS

Section 3. STATE INSEPARABLE PART OF UNION. The state of Idaho is an inseparable part of the American Union,

***and the Constitution of the United States is the _supreme law of the land_.***
